Personal service begins by listening to our clients.  We learn about their unique situation, concerns and needs, and along with quotes and proposals, we equip them with an understanding of their insurance options, how the various plans work, the pros and the cons.   We believe that it is important to understand the need for insurance, your insurance options, how the various insurance plans work.  Having exceptionally satisfied clients is our goal.  Our satisfaction comes from knowing that we empower our clients to make the best choices for themselves and also get the best value.

We are independent agents who represent virtually all of the major, high quality insurance companies.  Our goal is to make sure you and your family are properly protected, but not “over-insured” while educating you on how each of the plans work. We also promise that we will never be high-pressure.

Scott Terpstra

Since college, Scott has been in the health insurance industry.  He has worked for insurance companies, started and managed large insurance firms.  He has extensive knowledge of all areas of health insurance, including fully insured and self-insured health plans, individual health insurance for those under and over age 65.  With advent of healthcare reform, he has become a student of how the changes in the law affects all forms of health insurance.

In 2013, with his Medicare years approaching, he decided to focus his attention on “Everything Medicare.”

Cathy Terpstra

In college, Cathy received a “Secretarial Science” degree.  She has used those skills as an administrative assistant as the secretary-to-the president for several large corporations throughout the years.  She especially enjoys helping people with their customer service needs.  

In 2013, she got her insurance license to help launch Terpstra Benefits Insurance Solutions.

 
 
 

 
 
 

Becky Weikman

Becky has been the office manager for her family’s small business for nearly two decades. This background brings a of wealth of experience in handling almost any situation.  No task is too big or small for her. She enjoys helping clients with their questions and has a special knack for getting those pesky insurance company problems solved.
